  • Brick Armies specialises in high-quality, historically inspired collectable figures, weapons, and accessories for hobbyists and collectors.

  • Our products are not toys and are intended for collectors aged 10 years and older. We do not recommend them for children under 10 years of age.

  • By purchasing from Brick Armies, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make the purchase.
     

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping Policy:

    • Free shipping is available for orders over $70 within Australia.

    • Free international shipping is available for orders over $100.

  • For orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds, shipping charges will apply and vary based on location.

  • Delivery times may vary:

    • Australia: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days

  • Brick Armies is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other unforeseen events.
     

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • Brick Armies offers exchanges only—no cash refunds. If an item is returned, a credit will be issued for future purchases.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for an exchange or credit.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with exchanges.
     

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Brick Armies will replace any faulty or damaged items at no additional cost, provided sufficient evidence (e.g., photos) is submitted.

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order by emailing brickarmiesau@gmail.com with their order details and evidence of the issue.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be processed.
